4,600 litres is enough to supply a small household for a couple of weeks of careful use, or supplement a larger tank through a dry stretch. At 1,700mm wide the footprint stays reasonable. The 2,250mm height puts the bulk of the volume vertical instead of sprawling out across the block.
UV-stabilised LLDPE polyethylene, food-grade, AS/NZS 4766 compliant. Handles coastal sun, highland frost, and east-coast salt air without chalking, cracking, or pitting. Built here, built for here.
Primary supply on a small rural cabin. Second tank on a larger rural block to extend capacity without re-plumbing the main. Fire-season reserve dedicated to garden pumps and external taps. Stock water for a small-flock hobby farm.
Two 25mm BSP female outlets, a 400mm strainer basket with stainless steel insect mesh, a 90mm overflow with Rapid Seal grommet and removable screen, and a brass bibcock. Ready to plumb in.

Most tanks reach your block within two weeks of order. Every tank is made in Tasmania and delivered direct, so there’s no mainland freight wait. If you’ve got a critical date (plumber booked, build sign-off, certifier inspection), let us know at order time and we’ll flag any timing risk
No. We deliver to your block and unload. Connecting it to your downpipe, pump, and house plumbing is a job for your plumber. On a new build the plumber usually has the inlet, outlet, and overflow rough-in ready before the tank arrives.
For most rural and residential properties in Tasmania, a standalone rainwater tank doesn’t need council approval. Larger tanks, elevated tanks on stands, and tanks in heritage zones can have local rules, so a quick check with your council before you order is worth the five minutes. Fire fighting tanks tied to a building permit are usually approved as part of the build itself.
Yes. Most ranges come in 22+ Colorbond colours so you can match a roof, fascia, fence, or pick something that disappears into the bush. Use the colour picker on the product page. The live colour shows on the 3D tank view so you can see exactly how it’ll look before you check out.
Get in touch as soon as you can. If the tank hasn’t begun manufacturing, we may be able to change the tank colour or size. Unfortunately, once manufacturing starts (as all tanks are custom-made), we can’t accept returns.
