Panelled-wall construction

The 22,000L uses a panelled-wall geometry instead of corrugated. At this capacity, panelled construction handles the structural load more efficiently. The ribbed panels brace the tank wall against the hydrostatic pressure of a full fill without the wall flex that limits very-large corrugated tanks.

Who it’s built for

Larger rural households, 4+ bedroom off-grid homes, properties with a main house and an adjoining studio or workshop, and hobby farms combining domestic supply with stock watering. Also a strong fit for rural blocks that want one big tank doing the work of two smaller ones, saving plumbing complexity.

Clean water, every tap

UV-stabilised LLDPE polyethylene, AS/NZS 4766 compliant for potable water. One-piece moulding means no internal lining to fail and no welds to split. Food-grade from the mould, so what comes off the roof is what ends up in your glass.

Fittings ready to go

Two 32mm BSP female outlets for higher household flow, a 500mm strainer basket with stainless steel insect mesh at the inlet, a 90mm overflow with Rapid Seal grommet and removable screen, and a brass bibcock. Sized for a tank of this capacity.

Our warranty policy ensures peace of mind, covering defects and issues under standard terms.

Payment Information

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Google and Apple Pay.

How long will it take to arrive?

Most tanks reach your block within two weeks of order. Every tank is made in Tasmania and delivered direct, so there’s no mainland freight wait. If you’ve got a critical date (plumber booked, build sign-off, certifier inspection), let us know at order time and we’ll flag any timing risk

Do you install the tank or sort the plumbing?

No. We deliver to your block and unload. Connecting it to your downpipe, pump, and house plumbing is a job for your plumber. On a new build the plumber usually has the inlet, outlet, and overflow rough-in ready before the tank arrives.

Do I need council approval to install a water tank?

For most rural and residential properties in Tasmania, a standalone rainwater tank doesn’t need council approval. Larger tanks, elevated tanks on stands, and tanks in heritage zones can have local rules, so a quick check with your council before you order is worth the five minutes. Fire fighting tanks tied to a building permit are usually approved as part of the build itself.

Can I pick the colour?

Yes. Most ranges come in 22+ Colorbond colours so you can match a roof, fascia, fence, or pick something that disappears into the bush. Use the colour picker on the product page. The live colour shows on the 3D tank view so you can see exactly how it’ll look before you check out.

What if I order the wrong size or change my mind?

Get in touch as soon as you can. If the tank hasn’t begun manufacturing, we may be able to change the tank colour or size. Unfortunately, once manufacturing starts (as all tanks are custom-made), we can’t accept returns.
