The 26,000L Round Poly Tank is the biggest poly round tank in the range. 3,400mm across and 3,150mm tall, panelled-wall construction, for farms, large rural households, and properties where one big tank beats three smaller ones. Panelled-wall construction
At this volume, panelled walls earn their keep. The ribbed geometry braces the tank against the enormous hydrostatic load of a 26,000L fill, without the wall flex or stress-cracking risk that limits very-large corrugated tanks. One-piece moulding means there are still no welds or seams to fail.
Clean water, farm-scale
UV-stabilised LLDPE polyethylene, AS/NZS 4766 compliant for drinking water. Large tanks cycle less often, so water sits longer between fills. The food-grade moulding and non-lined construction keep that water safe through extended storage. No metallic taste, no rust pitting, no liner degradation.

How long will it take to arrive?
Most tanks reach your block within two weeks of order. Every tank is made in Tasmania and delivered direct, so there’s no mainland freight wait. If you’ve got a critical date (plumber booked, build sign-off, certifier inspection), let us know at order time and we’ll flag any timing risk
Do you install the tank or sort the plumbing?
No. We deliver to your block and unload. Connecting it to your downpipe, pump, and house plumbing is a job for your plumber. On a new build the plumber usually has the inlet, outlet, and overflow rough-in ready before the tank arrives.
Do I need council approval to install a water tank?
For most rural and residential properties in Tasmania, a standalone rainwater tank doesn’t need council approval. Larger tanks, elevated tanks on stands, and tanks in heritage zones can have local rules, so a quick check with your council before you order is worth the five minutes. Fire fighting tanks tied to a building permit are usually approved as part of the build itself.
Can I pick the colour?
Yes. Most ranges come in 22+ Colorbond colours so you can match a roof, fascia, fence, or pick something that disappears into the bush. Use the colour picker on the product page. The live colour shows on the 3D tank view so you can see exactly how it’ll look before you check out.
What if I order the wrong size or change my mind?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If the tank hasn’t begun manufacturing, we may be able to change the tank colour or size. Unfortunately, once manufacturing starts (as all tanks are custom-made), we can’t accept returns.
