Low and wide

At 2,600mm across and 1,380mm tall, the 6,300L sits low against the block. No towering silhouette behind the house, no blocked views, no awkward proportions beside a single-storey build. Where a taller tank would dominate, this one disappears. The panelled-wall construction braces the wide geometry against hydrostatic load without flex.

Where it makes sense

Under a single-storey eave where a tall tank won’t fit without a crane. Behind a heritage front fence where height restrictions apply. On a sloping block where a low profile keeps the tank below the roofline. Feeding a shed from a big corrugated-roof catchment.

Built for Tasmanian conditions

UV-stabilised LLDPE polyethylene, AS/NZS 4766 compliant for drinking water. Food-grade from the mould. The panelled construction handles cyclic loading from filling and emptying without stress-cracking.

Fittings ready to go

Two 40mm BSP female outlets (up-sized to match higher flow needs on larger tanks), a 400mm strainer basket with stainless steel insect mesh, a 90mm overflow with Rapid Seal grommet, and a brass bibcock. Everything you need to plumb it in.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy ensures peace of mind, covering defects and issues under standard terms.

Payment Information

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Google and Apple Pay.

How long will it take to arrive?

Most tanks reach your block within two weeks of order. Every tank is made in Tasmania and delivered direct, so there’s no mainland freight wait. If you’ve got a critical date (plumber booked, build sign-off, certifier inspection), let us know at order time and we’ll flag any timing risk

Do you install the tank or sort the plumbing?

No. We deliver to your block and unload. Connecting it to your downpipe, pump, and house plumbing is a job for your plumber. On a new build the plumber usually has the inlet, outlet, and overflow rough-in ready before the tank arrives.

Do I need council approval to install a water tank?

For most rural and residential properties in Tasmania, a standalone rainwater tank doesn’t need council approval. Larger tanks, elevated tanks on stands, and tanks in heritage zones can have local rules, so a quick check with your council before you order is worth the five minutes. Fire fighting tanks tied to a building permit are usually approved as part of the build itself.

Can I pick the colour?

Yes. Most ranges come in 22+ Colorbond colours so you can match a roof, fascia, fence, or pick something that disappears into the bush. Use the colour picker on the product page. The live colour shows on the 3D tank view so you can see exactly how it’ll look before you check out.

What if I order the wrong size or change my mind?

Get in touch as soon as you can. If the tank hasn’t begun manufacturing, we may be able to change the tank colour or size. Unfortunately, once manufacturing starts (as all tanks are custom-made), we can’t accept returns.
