Suburban sweet spot
1,600 litres covers the garden, feeds a toilet or two, and takes real load off the mains laundry tap. Enough capacity to carry a standard suburban household’s non-potable needs through a dry fortnight without running empty. The 1,530mm x 730mm footprint slides along a side passage or against a rear fence without dominating the yard.
Four outlets, real flexibility
Four 25mm BSP female outlets (more than most slimlines at this size) give the plumber options. Run one to a garden spigot, one to the laundry, one to a toilet circuit, and keep the fourth capped for future connections. Plan the plumbing around the tank, not the other way.
Clean water, food-grade
One-piece moulded LLDPE polyethylene, UV-stabilised, AS/NZS 4766 compliant for potable water. Safe to drink, safe to cook with, safe for whatever you plumb to it. No internal lining to peel or rust to form.
Full fit-out included
300mm strainer basket with stainless steel insect mesh at the inlet, 90mm overflow with Rapid Seal grommet and removable screen, 25mm brass bibcock, and the four 25mm outlets. Arrives ready to plumb.

How long will it take to arrive?
Most tanks reach your block within two weeks of order. Every tank is made in Tasmania and delivered direct, so there’s no mainland freight wait. If you’ve got a critical date (plumber booked, build sign-off, certifier inspection), let us know at order time and we’ll flag any timing risk
Do you install the tank or sort the plumbing?
No. We deliver to your block and unload. Connecting it to your downpipe, pump, and house plumbing is a job for your plumber. On a new build the plumber usually has the inlet, outlet, and overflow rough-in ready before the tank arrives.
Do I need council approval to install a water tank?
For most rural and residential properties in Tasmania, a standalone rainwater tank doesn’t need council approval. Larger tanks, elevated tanks on stands, and tanks in heritage zones can have local rules, so a quick check with your council before you order is worth the five minutes. Fire fighting tanks tied to a building permit are usually approved as part of the build itself.
Can I pick the colour?
Yes. Most ranges come in 22+ Colorbond colours so you can match a roof, fascia, fence, or pick something that disappears into the bush. Use the colour picker on the product page. The live colour shows on the 3D tank view so you can see exactly how it’ll look before you check out.
What if I order the wrong size or change my mind?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If the tank hasn’t begun manufacturing, we may be able to change the tank colour or size. Unfortunately, once manufacturing starts (as all tanks are custom-made), we can’t accept returns.
